1) About Us
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website guest-experiences.com and any bookings, products, and services offered by Guest Experiences Ltd (“Guest Experiences”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By using our website, creating an account, or making a booking/purchase, you agree to these Terms.
2) Scope of Services
We offer day trips, activities, event tickets, transportation, and related services (collectively “Excursions & Services”), as well as physical and digital products (“Products”). Some offerings are provided directly by us; others are provided by carefully selected third-party suppliers (“Suppliers”).
Marketplace/Agency model: For certain Excursions & Services, we act as agent for the Supplier. Your contract is then with the Supplier, and their terms may apply in addition to ours.
Direct model: For services we operate ourselves, your contract is with Guest Experiences.
We’ll identify the applicable provider during checkout or in your confirmation.
3) Eligibility & Customer Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 to book or purchase.
You are responsible for ensuring that you and any participants meet health, fitness, age, and skill requirements; follow guide/host instructions; and comply with local laws.
You are responsible for accurate information (names, contact details, pickup location, special requirements).
Travel documents & insurance: You are responsible for visas, entry requirements, and personal travel insurance suitable for the activity.
4) Prices, Fees & Payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and include taxes/fees where stated.
We may correct obvious pricing or availability errors; if a correction affects your order materially, you may cancel for a full refund.
Payment is due at booking/purchase via the methods shown. Card processing is handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card data.
5) Booking Process & Contract Formation
Your booking is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation (email/order page). The contract forms at that time with either Guest Experiences or the named Supplier, as specified in your confirmation.
6) Changes & Cancellations by You
Excursions & Services
Refundable up to 72 hours before the scheduled start: full refund.
Less than 72 hours before the start, late arrival, or no-show: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
Changes (date/time/participant names) are subject to availability and may incur fees.
Physical Products
Returns and refunds follow our Returns Policy (no 100% cancellation fee applies to product returns). Items must be unused and in resalable condition unless faulty. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Digital Products
All sales are final. No refunds once access/download is provided.
If local consumer law grants you mandatory rights, those prevail. Where applicable, please note that leisure services scheduled for a specific date/time are typically excluded from statutory withdrawal rights.
7) Changes & Cancellations by Us or the Supplier
We may modify, reschedule, or cancel an Excursion/Service due to weather, safety, operational issues, minimum participant numbers, force majeure, or Supplier constraints.
If we cancel without offering a reasonable alternative, you’ll receive a full refund of amounts paid for the affected item (this is your sole remedy).
If an activity has started and must be curtailed for safety or force majeure, partial refunds (if any) are at our reasonable discretion or per Supplier policy.
8) Participation, Safety & Conduct
We or the Supplier may refuse participation or remove anyone who is unfit, intoxicated, endangering others, or failing to comply with instructions, without refund. You must disclose relevant medical conditions in advance where required.
9) Meeting Points, Pickups & Timing
You must arrive at the meeting point or be available at the pickup location on time. Transport/traffic delays can occur; we are not liable for missed connections caused by factors beyond our control.
10) Vouchers, Promo Codes & Gift Cards
Promotions are subject to stated conditions and validity periods, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value. Gift cards/vouchers are redeemable only for eligible items, non-refundable, and not reloadable.
11) User Accounts & Reviews
Keep your login secure and update your details promptly. Reviews and submitted content must be truthful, lawful, non-infringing, and not misleading. We may moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms.
12) Intellectual Property
All website content, trademarks, and media are owned by or licensed to Guest Experiences or the relevant Supplier. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
13) Third-Party Services & Links
Our site may link to third-party websites/services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. When you use Supplier services, their terms and privacy notices apply.
14) Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our material breach or gross negligence, subject to the limits below.
We are not liable for: (a) events outside our reasonable control; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (c) loss of profits, business, or goodwill; (d) services performed by Suppliers where we act solely as agent (your rights are against the Supplier).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (e.g., death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
15) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guest Experiences from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the services, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
16) Privacy
Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy available on our website. Some data is shared with Suppliers and payment providers as needed to fulfill your booking.
17) Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government actions, utility failures).
18) Complaints & Support
Please contact us promptly with any service issues: hello@guest-experiences.com We aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly.
Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s ODR platform for online dispute resolution.
19) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Unless mandatory local consumer law states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bulgaria. Consumers may additionally bring claims in their country of residence where required by law.
20) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the website at the time of your booking/purchase applies to that transaction. Material changes will be highlighted on our site.
21) Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate or successor.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with your confirmation and any referenced policies, form the entire agreement between you and us.
22) Horse Riding Activity
Horse Riding Tour Safety Briefing & Participant Responsibility Notice
Please read carefully before getting on a horse.
By joining this horse riding tour, each participant confirms that they understand and accept the risks of horse riding and participation in this activity entirely at their own responsibility.
1) Important Safety Warning
Horse riding is an inherently risky activity. Even calm, trained horses can react unexpectedly to
sounds, movement, terrain, weather, people, animals, or other horses. Possible risks include, but are not limited to:
Falling from the horse
Being stepped on, kicked, bitten, or struck by a horse
Collisions with objects, people, or other horses
Sudden horse movements (spooking, turning, stopping, accelerating)
Injury due to uneven ground, mud, stones, holes, slopes, branches, or other natural obstacles
Equipment failure or incorrect use of equipment
Serious injury, permanent disability, or death
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
2) Helmet Is Mandatory
• Protective riding helmets are mandatory for all participants at all times while mounted.
No helmet = no ride.
The helmet must be properly fitted and secured before mounting.
Participants must not remove the helmet during the ride unless instructed by the guide in a safe area.
3) Personal Insurance Requirement (Mandatory)
Before participating, each participant must have valid personal insurance that covers:• Personal injury during horse riding / equestrian activities
• Medical treatment and emergency assistance (if applicable)
• Personal liability / third-party liability for damages caused by the participant during the tour (including damage to horses, equipment, property, or injury to other persons), where available in the policy
By joining the tour, the participant confirms that: • They have such insurance in place, and
• The insurance is valid for the location and type of activity
If a participant does not have adequate insurance, they participate entirely at their ownfinancial and legal risk.
4) Fitness, Health & Ability – Participant Duty to Inform
Before the ride, participants must inform the guide/equestrian center of any issue that may affect safety, including:
• No riding experience / beginner level
Medical conditions (including heart, back, neck, balance, epilepsy, severe allergies, asthma, etc.)
Recent injuries or surgery
Pregnancy or possible pregnancy
Fear/anxiety that may affect control during the ride
Any medication that may affect balance, coordination, attention, or reaction time
Participants must only ride if they are physically and mentally fit to do so.
Do not participate if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs judgment or balance.
5) Clothing & Equipment Requirements
Participants must wear appropriate clothing and footwear:
Closed shoes/boots (no sandals, flip-flops, or loose footwear)
Comfortable clothing suitable for riding and weather conditions
No loose scarves, bags, or items that may scare the horse or get caught
Long hair should be tied back
No smoking while near or on the horses unless explicitly permitted in a designated safe area
Participants must follow all instructions regarding helmets, saddles, reins, stirrups, and any other equipment.
6) Before Mounting – What You Must Do
Before
Listen to the full safety briefing.
Ask questions if anything is unclear.
Confirm your riding experience honestly.
Wear and secure your helmet.
Follow the guide’s instructions for approaching and mounting the horse.
Do not mount, lead, feed, or touch any horse unless instructed.
Mounting and riding are allowed only after the guide gives permission.
7) Rules During the Ride (Must Be Followed)
For your safety and the safety of others:
Follow the guide’s instructions immediately at all times
Keep a safe distance from other horses (do not ride too close behind)
Do not overtake unless instructed
Do not shout, run, wave objects, or make sudden movements
Do not use flash photography
Do not use your phone while controlling the horse unless the guide permits it and it is safe
getting on the horse:
Keep both feet in the proper position and maintain control of the reins
Stay on the designated route unless instructed otherwise
If you feel unsafe, unwell, or lose confidence, inform the guide immediately
The guide may stop or remove any participant from the tour if safety instructions are not followed.
8) Participant Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
By participating in this horse riding tour, each participant acknowledges and agrees that:
They understand horse riding is an activity with inherent and unpredictable risks
They choose to participate voluntarily
They accept full personal responsibility for their participation in the activity and the
tour
They get on and ride the horse on their own responsibility
They are responsible for their own actions, decisions, behavior, and compliance with instructions
They accept responsibility for any damage or injury caused by their own actions, negligence, or failure to follow instructions
9) Liability Exclusion / Release (Guide, Booking Platform, Equestrian Center)
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the participant agrees that the following parties shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay, expense, or claim arising from participation in the horse riding activity/tour:
The tour guide / riding guide
The booking platform / booking agent / intermediary
The equestrian center / riding stable / horse owner / operator
Their owners, managers, employees, contractors, and representatives
This includes, without limitation, claims arising from:
Falls, horse behavior, terrain conditions, weather conditions, participant actions, or other risks inherent to horse riding
Damage to the participant’s personal property
Indirect or consequential losses
Nothing in this notice excludes liability where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10) Final Confirmation (Participant Acknowledgment)
Before horse riding, each participant confirms that they:
Have read and understood this safety briefing and responsibility notice
Had the opportunity to ask questions
Will wear a helmet at all times while mounted
Have valid personal insurance covering this activity and possible damages
Accept the risks and participate entirely at their own responsibility
• Release the guide, booking platform, and equestrian center from liability to the maximum extent permitted by law
23) ATV / UTV / OFF-ROAD BUGGY / SNOWMOBILE TOUR
Safety Briefing & Participant Responsibility Notice
Please read carefully before participating in the activity.
By joining this ATV, UTV, Off-Road Buggy, or Snowmobile tour, each participant confirms that they understand and accept the risks connected with operating or riding in/off-road motorized vehicles and that they participate entirely at their own responsibility.
1) Important Safety Warning
ATV, UTV, Off-Road Buggy, and Snowmobile activities are inherently risky. These vehicles are powerful motorized machines operated in changing outdoor conditions and often on uneven, slippery, steep, or unpredictable terrain. Even when properly maintained and guided, accidents can happen unexpectedly.
Possible risks include, but are not limited to:
• Loss of control of the vehicle
• Collision with another vehicle, object, tree, fence, rock, or person
• Vehicle rollover or overturning
• Falling off or being thrown from the vehicle
• Injury caused by sudden acceleration, braking, turning, skidding, or impact
• Injury due to mud, sand, gravel, snow, ice, water, holes, ruts, slopes, branches, stones, or other natural obstacles
• Reduced visibility due to dust, weather, darkness, fog, snow, or terrain conditions
• Mechanical failure, equipment failure, or incorrect use of the vehicle
• Injury caused by the actions of other participants or third parties
• Serious injury, permanent disability, or death
Participation is voluntary and entirely at your own risk.
2) Helmet and Safety Equipment Are Mandatory
• Protective helmets are mandatory for all drivers and passengers at all times during the activity, unless a specific vehicle type and local law allow otherwise and the operator expressly approves it.
• No helmet = no participation.
• The helmet must be properly fitted and securely fastened before the tour begins.
• Participants must not remove helmets or required safety gear during the activity unless instructed by the guide in a safe area.
• Any additional required protective equipment provided or instructed by the operator or guide must be worn at all times.
3) Personal Insurance Requirement (Mandatory)
Before participating, each participant must have valid personal insurance that covers:
• Personal injury during ATV / UTV / Off-Road Buggy / Snowmobile activities
• Medical treatment and emergency assistance, where applicable
• Personal liability / third-party liability for damages caused by the participant during the activity or tour, including damage to vehicles, equipment, property, or injury to other persons, where available in the policy
By joining the tour, the participant confirms that:
• They have such insurance in place, and
• The insurance is valid for the location and type of activity
If a participant does not have adequate insurance, they participate entirely at their own financial and legal risk.
4) Fitness, Health & Ability – Participant Duty to Inform
Before the activity, participants must inform the guide/operator of any issue that may affect safety, including:
• No previous experience / beginner level
• Medical conditions that may affect safe participation, including heart conditions, neck, back or spinal problems, joint problems, epilepsy, seizures, asthma, severe allergies, or balance issues
• Recent injuries, surgery, or physical limitations
• Pregnancy or possible pregnancy
• Vision or hearing impairments that may affect safe vehicle operation
• Fear, anxiety, panic, or other conditions that may affect control or judgment
• Any medication that may affect balance, coordination, attention, reaction time, or decision-making
Participants must only take part if they are physically and mentally fit to do so.
Do not participate if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics, or any substance that impairs judgment, control, coordination, or reaction time.
5) Clothing & Equipment Requirements
Participants must wear appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for the activity and weather conditions:
• Closed shoes or boots only
• No sandals, flip-flops, or loose footwear
• Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor and off-road conditions
• Warm, waterproof, and protective clothing where required, especially for snowmobile activities
• No loose scarves, bags, hanging straps, or items that may get caught in the vehicle
• Long hair should be tied back
• Gloves and eye protection should be worn when required or recommended
• No smoking while operating, sitting in, refueling, or standing near the vehicles unless explicitly permitted in a designated safe area
Participants must follow all instructions regarding the vehicle, seat belts, helmets, throttle, brakes, steering, passenger position, and any other safety equipment.
6) Before Starting – What You Must Do
Before the activity begins, each participant must:
Listen to the full safety briefing.
Ask questions if anything is unclear.
Confirm honestly whether they have prior experience.
Wear and secure the helmet and any required safety gear.
Follow the guide’s instructions for vehicle use, seating, starting, stopping, and control.
Inspect the vehicle only as instructed.
Do not start, move, refuel, adjust, or operate any vehicle unless instructed and authorized.
Participation is allowed only after the guide gives permission.
7) Rules During the Activity (Must Be Followed)
For your safety and the safety of others:
• Follow the guide’s instructions immediately at all times
• Drive or ride only in the manner instructed by the guide
• Stay on the designated route unless instructed otherwise
• Maintain a safe distance from other vehicles
• Do not overtake unless specifically instructed
• Do not perform stunts, drifting, racing, spinning, wheelies, jumps, or aggressive maneuvers
• Drive at a safe speed appropriate to the terrain, weather, and your ability
• Keep both hands on the controls unless instructed otherwise
• Passengers must remain seated properly and follow guide instructions at all times
• Use seat belts where fitted and required
• Do not use a phone while driving or operating the vehicle
• Do not stop in unsafe areas unless necessary or instructed
• If you feel unsafe, lose confidence, feel unwell, or believe there is a problem with the vehicle, stop only when safe and inform the guide immediately
• Do not allow children to operate a vehicle unless expressly permitted by the operator and allowed by law
• No participant may operate a vehicle beyond their ability level
The guide may stop or remove any participant from the tour if safety instructions are not followed.
8) Participant Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
By participating in this ATV / UTV / Off-Road Buggy / Snowmobile tour, each participant acknowledges and agrees that:
• They understand that this is an activity with inherent and unpredictable risks
• They choose to participate voluntarily
• They accept full personal responsibility for their participation in the activity and the tour
• They operate, drive, ride in, or use the vehicle entirely at their own responsibility
• They are responsible for their own actions, decisions, behavior, and compliance with instructions
• They accept responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury caused by their own actions, negligence, recklessness, or failure to follow instructions
• They understand that terrain, weather, surface conditions, and vehicle behavior may change suddenly and without warning
9) Liability for Damage to Vehicles / Equipment
Each participant accepts responsibility for damage caused by misuse, reckless behavior, negligence, collision, failure to follow instructions, or operation contrary to the guide’s directions.
This may include, where permitted by applicable law:
• Damage to the vehicle
• Damage to protective equipment or accessories
• Damage to third-party property
• Recovery, towing, repair, cleaning, transport, or replacement costs
• Loss caused by ignoring instructions or using the vehicle in an unsafe or unauthorized manner
Any such damage may be charged to the participant according to the applicable agreement, law, or proven loss.
10) Liability Exclusion / Release (Guide, Booking Platform, Operator)
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the participant agrees that the following parties shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay, expense, or claim arising from participation in the ATV / UTV / Off-Road Buggy / Snowmobile activity or tour:
• The tour guide / instructor / escort
• The booking platform / booking agent / intermediary
• The activity operator / vehicle owner / rental provider / tour organizer
• Their owners, managers, employees, contractors, and representatives
This includes, without limitation, claims arising from:
• Falls, collisions, rollover, skidding, terrain conditions, snow or ice conditions, mud, dust, weather conditions, vehicle behavior, participant actions, or other risks inherent to off-road or snowmobile activities
• Mechanical issues or equipment issues not caused by gross negligence where exclusion is permitted by law
• Damage to the participant’s personal property
• Indirect or consequential losses
Nothing in this notice excludes liability where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11) Final Confirmation (Participant Acknowledgment)
Before participating, each participant confirms that they:
• Have read and understood this safety briefing and responsibility notice
• Have had the opportunity to ask questions
• Will wear a helmet and all required safety equipment at all times
• Have valid personal insurance covering this activity and possible damages
• Understand the risks of operating or riding in an ATV, UTV, Off-Road Buggy, or Snowmobile
• Accept those risks fully and participate entirely at their own responsibility
• Release the guide, booking platform, and activity operator from liability to the maximum extent permitted by law
